As a health and wellness coach, I show you how to love your body when it feels like it is working against you. Before we can create a life we adore and live wholeheartedly, we have to nurture the body we have as a whole... Mind, Body, and Soul. Together, we need to unravel all the negative thinking! Stop the things you've been telling ourselves and be kind again ASAP. I not only help you lose weight and get healthy, but have a fun self-discovery time doing it.

 

Together we will:
Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
Create your personal blueprint
Decipher your body’s unique needs
Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
Understand and reduce your cravings
Feel great in your body and comfortable in your own skin
learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them

Two 50-minute sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/Google hangout if you're not local)
Email support between sessions
Coaching, accountability, and support to help you figure out "your why" to make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
