As Nutrition and Positive Body Coach I will guide, mentor and empower you. Also, provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 

Together we will:
  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • Understand and reduce your cravings
  • Feel great in your body and comfortable in your own skin
  • learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them
What you get:
  • Two 50-minute sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/Google hangout if you're not local)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Coaching, accountability, and support to help you figure out "your why" to make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • My personal commitment to your health and success
